On completion of a contract to purchase a property negotiated by us, we charge a commission of 4% (VAT included) of the actual purchase price. If, despite considerable efforts on our part, it is not possible to conclude the purchase of a property, we will accept responsibility for the costs as part of commercial life. The prospective buyer will therefore incur no fees. Negotiation of renovation work, new build projects and ecological energy solutions are generally free of commission.
